ResizeMint provides free online image processing tools including compression, resizing, and format conversion. All processing occurs client-side in your browser. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Process images you do not have rights to use
• Use the Service to infringe copyright or intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to scrape or overload the Service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you process. ResizeMint claims no ownership over your files. The ResizeMint website, brand, and code are owned by ResizeMint and protected by copyright law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESIZEMINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
