How to Convert HEIC to JPG

Why Convert HEIC to JPG?
Apple introduced HEIC (High-Efficiency Image Container) as the default photo format starting with iOS 11. HEIC uses HEVC (High-Efficiency Video Coding) compression to store photos at roughly half the file size of JPEG while maintaining comparable quality.
