You retain all rights to your images. ResizeMint does not claim any ownership over the files you process. We do not store, copy, or access your images. The ResizeMint name, logo, website design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of ResizeMint and may not be reproduced, modified, or redistributed without permission.

ResizeMint is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. All image processing results depend on the quality and format of your input files, and we cannot guarantee specific output sizes or quality levels.

ResizeMint and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. The tools are provided free of charge and without guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
